So was anyone ever able to reproduce the cougar 2 works lexan gear covers?

Hello, I need a gear cover for my Cougar 2, is there anywhere else to get one? Cant find penguin....

I can't find the link to penguin right off so hopefully someone comes on here and drops one for you. Not sure of anyone else that makes them and actually fit as good as they say Penguins does...
