Optima Mid vs Turbo Optima Mid

Could someone with the knowledge point out the differences between the Optima Mid and the Turbo Optima Mid?
I have a Turbo that I'm going to downgrade to a standard Optima Mid ....so what new parts will I need?

Yes, that's the definitive guide to the differences between the Mid flavors...I totally forgot about that topic! Those pictures should ideally be uploaded to RC10talk.com rather than linked, because that info could benefit people well into the future.
