I like this a lot!

Are those wheel caps that snap on?

Is there shrink wrap around the ESC capacitors?

Thank you, the wheel discs are stickers, I won't use them for running because they tend to come off and I don't want to glue them to decent wheels. Yes the capacitors are clear shrink wrapped.

Couple more changes..

Factory blue turnbuckles all round;

Don't worry, I cleaned up the dirt from the test run. I fitted factory blue stub axles too.

Rebuilt and Retro fitted a pair of MIP CVDs from my old B3;

And now it's ready to run!;

I used the car today, and it performed great, I'll post some actions shots once I've got them..

What to do next?!....

Thank you, few changes and the car will be back out for practice night at the same track tomorrow. May put a transponder in and compare some lap times :?

Two last pics are really killer! Looks like your springs are a bit soft for that rather flat track besides the jump areas. I would try silver rears and blue fronts plus add some weight in the nose, like 40gr or less. Oh and make sure to add a driver in there, that true vintage detail 8)

The track is deceptively bumpy, how ever today I have fitted blue front and silver rear springs, so you confirmed I've made the right move.. I've got a brass weight for under the lipo and my friend has turned me a weight for the nose :D see how it goes tomorrow night!

Ready for the first outing of the year, no changes.. I've just rebuilt the front shocks and thickened the oil a little.

That looks great! I was liking the wheel covers, but the yellow rims really finish it off.
