I'm just putting up a couple pics of the cars I ran during my radio-silence.
There were more, but these are the only ones which are still presentable.
For starters: a 1/12 pan-car I was allowed to run along the mardaves GT12 and schumacher supastox.
It now runs a 7.4v full size Lipo, with a Mazda RX7 body by Bolink

Re: Corally SP12M
That's very cool... would love to find an SP12M to make into a runner.... we have a Superstox class at our club & I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem if I joined them with a vintage 1/12th pan car?
P.S; May I ask what you did for tyres - can you buy 'donuts' that fit the original Corally wheels?

Re: Corally SP12M
I don't think the width or inner diameter of the corally wheels is very different from other 1/12 pan cars. Spuastox tires won't fit though.
I bought a box full of used tires on wheels on ebay for a little price. Sometimes you get lucky .
Supastox rear tires are a lot narrower than pan car rears... nothing you can't solve with a tire truer if the club insists
