Shodog's Yard Sale foray.

Out running some errands on my motorcycle I came across a yard sale a couple of blocks from my house. I do a slow drive by and see what was ultimately an FX10 on a table. I pull over and check it out. I ask the price and the seller throws out $15. It's got a pristine Futaba receiver and servos so I'm think yup I'm gonna swoop it. As I'm looking at the FX10, the seller says he has another car he'll bring out which turns to be an A stamp gold pan. I ask the price on it and he goes into a long spiel about how expensive it was back in the 80's and I'm thinking whatever dude I've heard this story before. He doesn't have the transmitter for the RC10 which I secretly could care less about but I use it as a bargaining chip. So in the end he throws out $25 for the RC10. I'm thinking hell ya I'm gonna swoop both. I throw him a pawn stars counter offer of $20 for the two. He comes back at $30. I pay him and run home to grab my truck. When I came back he found a Kyosho Super Alta that he threw in for free. So not too bad of a deal for all three in the end.
