Things get quite interesting here.

Mine came with an offset B stamp chassis instead of inline.

Stock standard "AE" logo body, did all 7001's have "AE" logo bodies?

This kit has thin web arms, thin 2 hole towers, standard stealth trans brace and half hex ball cups.

Tires are all standard logo tires

I just noticed Marlon's box was different (early type) so I had a look. I've got another box the same which may be the original box?, although the addendum for rear hubs would be from a later kit. Interesting.....

The surgeons general warning on the box above strikes me as odd on a 7001.

Good eye on the box label RJ, I would have missed that, don't forget your different decal sheet too!

Marlo - Not to highjack the thread, but since on the topic of your chassis, here is the one I have for my shelfer.

Note that it s drilled for the older style, but not countersunk. Not sure where this fits in the timeline.

Thanks

All Rc10T chassis had the 6 gear tranny holes. With the parts on your truck, I'm guessing your chassis is a B stamp...... but B/W part trucks "could" have come with a C stamp. 10t's only used 5 types of chassis:
1-off line B stamp
2-off line B stamp with in-line battery re-located hole's
3-inline B stamp, with counter sunk 6-gear tranny holes ( as the above two, and last to use it )
4-inline B stamp
5-C stamp.
Hope this helps 8)

Well, that's good information lol.

I never paid attention to the holes. All I knew is RC10T's didn't have gold chassis'.

Thanks
