Husky Storage (Pit) Boxes

Post by Y'ernat Al »

Re-organizing the RC area (it's been in hibernation for a while) I found some neat Husky boxes at Home Depot. The storage includes these little individual trays one can swap out. I picked up more than one. So now I can easily swap out trays of things, in other words leave the metric hardware and/or 4wd bits or whatever else at home any only take the trays I'll need when I leave the house with a particular car or two.

They are stackable and good quality for the price. I saw Dewalt had something similar, but their trays are too deep and don't have the rounded bottoms (so you can easily finger out screws etc.) that these trays do. And everything seems snug enough that cross-contamination shouldn't occur when things go bounce bounce or end up upside down.

Had one of these for a while. It holds a lot of stuff and has been very useful in the field/rocks that I use to use it in.
