What RC10T steering arms are these?
I bought these off eBay hoping to use them with my WOIN racer and ballbearings. Not sure what arms they are or what size bearings to use. I think they may be Houge, not sure.

MIP. Can't recall bearing size but I think it was 3/16x5/16. The aluminum shaft used a 4/40 fh screw instead of a 8/32

Yup MIP. Typical one's I've owned all have "MIP" molded into the arms.
Can confirm bearings are 3/16" x 5/16" (flangeless) and an aluminum standoff reduces the hole down to a 4-40 screw.

So am I missing the aluminum standoff? Where can I get one of them? I thought these screws had to thread through into the nose plate to help keep it sturdy.

Most do, MIP is the exception. They have an area milled to fit into the hole to center it. It's a unique part that will have to be found or machined.....x2

If you've got any, you can use a couple of the shorter screws that the GT/DS servo saver uses and then go with 1/8" x 5/16" bearings.
I don't know if the Thunder Tiger AT10 screws are the same diameter (could be metric) but the screws I'm talking about look like these:
