I made some more progress this week...

The B3 was kind enough to take a hit for the team and donated the .89/1.32 shocks  I also bought new black nose braces,
silver aluminum hardware for the whole car and swapped out all the ball cups/ends for all new Dubro 4-40 ball links.
New 2.1 or 2.2 wheels/tires are up next and still much more to do. 8) Ignore the rear T rims please

Finally found new 2.2 wide fronts and the 2.2 rears and got around to the body  I like the skull pile design - kinda punk ska haha, but I don't know if I really care for the viper body much  Maybe a different body suits this buggy better? Maybe the turbo mirage? Anyway, more photos enjoy

The viper bodies aren't that bad looking! I would get rid of that white bumper and pick up one of the RPM shorty bumpers. Car looks good i think!

I think it's the windows that look small and odd as compaired to other bodies, I don't know

I'm sorry to say that nice white andy's bumper ate it - totally shattered in 3 pieces when I hit a tree today  Not sure why, my other black andy's has taken much more abuse :| I don't know, possibly peroxided by others too long? :?
Short bumpers are no good, I need more protection due to the amount of trees on the trails where I drive the buggy :(

WOW, it's been over 2 years with this?  Well since then I ran this 10 for about a year or so until I started running my Graphite and then sadly, it just sat. I really enjoyed driving it and even kind of miss it so I decided to break it out again to rebuild it as my own OIN style buggy 8) I have enough parts for another entire team car and then so here's where I'm at...

Nearly everything on the car now is new, the original chassis etc along with a truck nose has been powercoated black (thanks John!) I made the one-off G10 RPM towers, transmission brace and a Jammin style battery strap for this too. Currently I have normal rear RPM buggy arms and some unidentified RPM front arms. Not sure what they are exacly, but the fit the truck bulkhead? I do have the truck conversion rear arms also, just minus the hubs. if I can get correct length CVD's for those, they will replace the normal rears and universal axles. set-up is pretty standard, just have the nose extended. I haven't decided if I should shorten it and cut some nose tubes down? I'm pretty happy with it so far, just need to fine tune it before I run it again. Comments/suggestions always welcome, I've never built a 10 like this ever!

Thanks for the info, much appreciated! I was previously told they were Losi, but they fit so I was confused  the 1.2 truck front works killer with these 8) wish I had at least 1 other set.

Thanks! The new shelfer team car I'm building will keep that same color scheme, look in the paint section for skull pile 2 and you will see the body I painted for it  I'll make another thread for that one soon.
