Lookin' good Alex! I added an electric smoker to my arsenal last year. I was afraid it wouldn't give the flavor I get from my stick burner, but I was wrong. It turns out some great flavorful meat and is a lot easier to manage heat with. Did some ribs on it Saturday.
Smoked 'em for 2 hours at 250
Then into foil for another 2 hours...

I make a rub that goes on the ribs while they smoke naked for a couple of hours and then I put them in foil with brown sugar and squeeze butter and give them 2-3 more hours or until they hit about 195 F internal temp. The rub combines with the brown sugar and butter to basically make your sauce. You can still use a sauce on top of that if you like, but I prefer them this way. I've been doing ribs quite a bit this year so my technique is fresh on my mind as I work to improve it. Makes some darn tasty ribs.

My ugly crust has become my trademark among friends. This one has Turkey sausage under the cheese and diced pepperoni on top for maximum coverage. And of course a fine easy drinking lager to accompany it.

Your stuff looks better than mine! I love burritos. Last Spring I picked up a bunch of restaurant quality oven-proof plates mainly for burritos. You can get 'em at restaurant supply stores. They run about $10 a piece, but they sure keep the food hot. Looks great!

Meh, just more of you to love. I'm trying to gain weight. Mainly so I can wear hilarious t-shirts, like "I'm not a doctor, but I'll take a look.". Homemade wings on my favorite Scooby Doo snack plate at midnight should help.

Despite what you've heard, the Porknado is real. Bacon wrapped tenderloin over potatoes so the fat renders out and fries them. A healthy treat packed with vitamin B. Bacon.
