Re: #6002
so when are the wide track front arms gonna be produced in white so we can put them on our classic kits and make somewhat proper, all white championship editions out of them?Patiofurnituregt wrote:

Re: #6002
So really, this is more like a Mk2 Worlds, rather than a re-release of the original. That's not a criticism by the way....just an observation. I will definitely be getting one.
The limiting of the numbers of classic kits makes perfect sense now.

Oh yes, had it not have rained I think Joel would of had it...but all credit to Brian, he qualified way back in 8th I believe, was great to watch.DerbyDan wrote:Shhh - but you know which car was the better onejamin wrote:I am seriously considering getting one - I've never owned an Associated car, being a Losi fan since the early 90's, but I feel that I should at least own one RC10. I nearly went for the original, but it just didnt shout out at me - unlike this one!
I watched Kinwald battle it out with Joel at the WCs here in England, so would be good to have this car in my 'garage'.

Great to be a member here and someone related (not sure of your status with Associated Tim) to Associated actually recognizing how awesome this site is. I can not wait. Maybe now I can officially park all my old stuff and go after these plastic carbon cars!!!!

Re: #6002
V2 threaded shocks will be a welcome addition. For those of us planning on getting one to race with (including myself) I look forward to shocks that don't puke oil out after the inner retaining clip gives way. And they usually did. Updated slipper and 2.2 wheels are nice seeing that we can use the modern stuff.
All in all, for those of us wanting Worlds car performance with modern upgrades, sounds like this will fill the bill.

I've been running my rc10s since I was a kid . 36 now. With the re re gold tub and parts release I decided to build three oin cars for my buddies to run at first they laughed. Now they can't get enough of the 10s. With the world's release this will assure we have the parts to keep these guys up and running. So far they havent been able to break the og six gears in the cars but now they can go stealth. Through all the years and 100s of different racers I always come back to the 10 and it reminds me of why I started rc it's so damn fun!!! If anyone is near redding ca. Hit me up so we can run. I've got a track in the back k yard and amain is 30 mins away from me thanks

Just boil the parts in water! This will make them nice and strong again! An original runner is still better than a rere!popboy905 wrote:i would sell the original because after sitting for years the plastics get brittle, and you end up replacing thing as they break. I run my kits so having a new runner is better for me then used original...85Edinger wrote:Why would you sell a Worlds to buy one?popboy905 wrote:damn it looks good, i might have to unload my worlds car and team car and pick up a re re worlds

Re: #6002
Tim says it isn't and RedRC.net says it is. I am confused too.badhoopty wrote:so… this is not a limited run?
i like everything i see and hear about the worlds BESIDES the ae/american flag sticker, unless this kit is 100% made in america…
I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

I'm thinking this thing is going to need a set of big bores and a 10.5. Mod class racing anyone?
