Aftermarket Yokomo 870c
I busted out most of my nip Yokomo parts for this build. I tried to use as few Yokomo brand parts as I could. I'm sure there are a few more items I can replace, but this is all I know of. Please let me know if I missed something!
Associated carbon fiber chassis - it's a matte finish with yellow roving. Reallty neat!
Jammin' upper deck
JG : shock towers and battery clamp plates
RPM : front and rear bulkheads, front and rear arms, bumper
Trinity shocks
GPM steering
Team Suzuki lightweight diff halves
Corally belt tensioner
Proline wheels
Andy's painted body - not perfect but I'll take it!
New hardware throughout
I think the wing needs to be painted, how about you?

I have that chassis on my YZ10 also I think, straight replacement for stock but woven, I have been trying to find other cars with a chassis like mine. Now I found one!
Did any kits come from the factory with the woven chassis? Particularily the ones coming out of the States through Associated (with the Protech IV shell)?
Nice build!

Re: Aftermarket Yokomo 870c
I have seen two of those chassis new in the package with a AE logo white and blue header card on them. Unfortunately, at the time, I didn't buy them
and then when I went back the shop was closed and completely gutted.
Also, I don't know what the part number was.

I am not here cause I am playing photographer and on my mountain bike.

Nice hop-upped rig Brian, maybe a bit too much different colors?

Re: Aftermarket Yokomo 870c
Hey Jay, I'll post the AE part number tonight. I saved all of the header cards for this build.
David, which colors don't you like together? Just curious.

Erik,
The standard 870c undertray fits perfect.

Nice Yoke, I've decided to sell most of my collection so my YZ870C is for sale now.
