That chassis appears to be the JG MFG. long truck chassis. The ad states the following:
This graphite chassis from JG is 3/4" longer than stock and is perfect for monster truck conversions, where increased wheelbase and stability are desired. The graphite plate design with 30* kick-up has stock mounting holes, so stock and most after market components bolt right up. PN: JGMA35G $75
