Period correct servo's, 1/8 onroad

Post by 8valve »

For my projects I need to find correct servo's and receivers.
What would be a correct gas servo, and what would be a correct steering servo for a late 70's gas powered pan cars like Delta SuperJ/Associated RC300, my guess would be the Futaba IC Servo FP-S7, of which I have a few.
But for my later cars(early Eagle/Super Eagle/P4/RC500/RC500 4WD) I'm a bit lost.
So, which servos are good for period 1981-1983, 1983-85 and 86-88?
I like Futaba stuff, but could not find the correct (higher end) ones.
Thanks in advance for your replies!

Taken from the 1985 Hobby Lobby catalog, this gets you into the 2wd RC500 and RC150 era

Thanks! Very useful. I have a few period Robbe catalogues, but prefer the Futaba or Sanwa branded equipment.
