I need a date please guys! (info needed)
What year/era was the MIP 4-10 Legend kit from?
Would it be appropriate to mate to an RPM worlds rear end car?
Finally did the standard long front RPM arms come in white?

1) Manual states 1992 for the legends kit. I seem to remember late 1991 here for the first of the legends cars appearing - but they may well have been the conversions from the chain to the belt. BOXED legends kits are 1992 though.
2) I reckon it would look awesome.
3) Have no idea!!
Cheers

I actually found the review for the SP2 belt drive last night. I'll try to scan it and post the year for you tomorrow.

The problem will be to adapt it to a truck front bulkhead...

Erich I was after info. on the year the Legend 4-10 kit is from which is the kit after the SP2. Though I am very interested in the SP2 information as a side bar.Erich Reichert wrote:I actually found the review for the SP2 belt drive last night. I don't think I would go for that option because the chassis I am considering doesn't have a truck front nose plate. Also I would need to source some new CVD's due to the different track width and I don't think I need that headache! That's why I asked about the standard wide RPM front arms (the width of CE cars) as a compromise. Basically these in white;Asso_man! wrote:The problem will be to adapt it to a truck front bulkhead...

I think you will all be pleasantly surprised/pleased when this project takes shape. It's my planned reward for doing the first 50% of my PhD write up! On my way to actually becoming a real Dr. Robotnik! Thanks for all the info.
Warm regards
Ed
