Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
HI !... Anyone have any good pics of the RC10's driver figure in boxart/manual colours? I'm starting to paint mine soon. From what i have seen, its basically like this :
- driver suit = RED
- helmet = WHITE
- cockpit = FLAT BLACK
- dash/steering wheel = GLOSS BLACK
- rear roll bar/steering column = SILVER
Anyone know the colour of the gloves? Also i believe there is a white stripe going down the driver's suit arms?

Mine showed up today and I am pretty excited...I am waiting for my bearings to show up and I am deciding if I should wait for the Worlds steering to come out from AE, go with the A&L steering, or just stock steering for now...plus some parts to show up from eBay. Can't wait to dig into this build...it is moving directly to the top of my build list! ![Smile :-)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

It kind of looks like the stripes on the arms are decals? They look shiny to me.THE H.P FREAK wrote:HI !... Anyone have any good pics of the RC10's driver figure in boxart/manual colours? I'm starting to paint mine soon. From what i have seen, its basically like this :

I've never had a car with this steering rack on it before, but it feels alright out of the box. Maybe it will get sloppier as it is run, but it's nothing that should hold up the build. It's not like the steering is hard to get later on anyway.joeman37 wrote:Mine showed up today and I am pretty excited...I am waiting for my bearings to show up and I am deciding if I should wait for the Worlds steering to come out from AE, go with the A&L steering, or just stock steering for now...plus some parts to show up from eBay. Orings or zip ties were the solution for sloppy steering before the aftermarket caught up. They work fine.

I was finally able to collect my car today, it was been delivered to the wrong address multiple times, after a few phone calls to find out where it was I was able to pick it up from the post office.

Nothing too exciting for most here, but I just received a photo from my LHS, glad I cancelled my Tower pre-order, as 2 will be enough for me, pick them up Friday

Re: Intriguing ad in RC Car Action - RC10 re-release?
My LHS hadn't come thru for me yet, kept delaying, so when I saw them yesterday on tower "in stock" I immediately ordered one "just in case". Glad I did now!
