Kyosho parts ID help

Got these 2 parts today at a LHS, any ideas what they are for or as to value?

The belt is for any of the long wheelbase versions of the Optima Mid, the Custom and Mid Custom Special

my """educated""" guess for the cups would be pro-x, simply 'cause it is the only car in kyoshos catalog to use white plastic (as far as I'm aware)
