If you use an Android device, like phone or tablet, I'll be releasing an app that contains all the paper docs that come in the kit, as well as a little more info, like the Evolution of the RC10 article. Here are some screenshots. You can visit our Google Play store page and download the free Rival Essentials and B4.2 Essentials apps to see the format. I'll release this the first week of Sept. 2013.

tommy2c wrote:How do you charge the battery with that setup?
Just solder the same style plugs onto some wires that have a Deans or traxxas or quick ever connector you are using on your charger and connect them both together.
tommy2c wrote:So they soldered the battery wires to the esc for display purposes? I thought I was missing something. Looks real clean and neat that way though!
It's a competition lipo pack.
The wires have 4mm connectors on the end that plug into the sockets in the top of the battery.
It's been a while! For the past year I have committed to pursue my Master's Degree and now I read a book a week and write a paper a week. Being a dad is number 1 for me so I have to guard my time and sometimes I feel pretty overwhelmed. This...

The whole job is beautiful. The paint job is crazy good. Amazing mate
I posed a question over at Tamiyaclub about whether or not AE would/could bring back the RC10 Classic. I noted that according to Shawn Ireland, some of the molds had been lost overseas when the factory using them went bankrupt. Supposedly, they...

The worlds suffered top shaft issues among other things. The aluminum 8/32 screws that came in both the kits are crap and will snap with the slightest of torque. The worlds kits lingered in stores and were eventually heavily discounted.
I wont bore you with the step by step pics of my build, as it is basically standard apart from replacing the bushings with bearings. Were I did go away from standard is by using a Viper body instead of the Protech. I also have a different rear wing...
I just recently dug my 1988ish RC10 out to get back into RC. I have been having trouble finding rear axle parts. I wanted to install a CVA but the ones I found on Ebay are really expensive at $89 and $109. Is there an upgrade? Do people swap out the...

I wanted to swap out the dog bones for CVA but it sounds like that may be more trouble than it is worth having an early version of the RC10. I am going to put it back together and see how it goes.
I think I am missing 1 of the springs for the dog...
Here are a few pics of my RC10 Re-Re runner. Wanted to keep it mostly stock. Only upgrades are JConcepts bellcranks and 2.2 inch wheel conversions. Let me know what you think!
i dug out my RC10 for hopes of getting it going again. It is the original 1984 gold pan, my first rc that hooked me. Anyways, I dont want to restore and shelf it, I want to upgrade and drive it. I am wondering what newer or modernized parts...
