My Black TRX-1....Sort of
This is my black TRX-1 project that I'm working on. This has been made mostly from available black TRX-1 parts. I used associated battery cups and TRX-3 front arms. I have a new motor plate that I'm thinking about removing the blue anodizing and polishing to chrome like finish. I may also use chrome shock with black springs. Not 100% sure on the finishing touches like electronics just yet. It won't be a true TRX-1 one but cool just the same.

Looks awesome! I would want to race it. How much does that chassis set cost?

Here is an updated pic. Waiting for the motor plate back from powder coating. Decided to go black with is. Still looking for a dust cover, motor & body to complete.

see this thread, my post with the pictures of the gear cover, blue eagle and trx1 motor plates. you can use a stampede cover with a new lower hole drilled, and a small bracket to go between the cover tab and the motor plate tab.

Man, too bad you changed your mind on the motor plate...that would've looked great with those polished shocks & chrome wheels.
