Totally retro, and über cool!
Do, or do not! There is no 'try'!
RC; Boats, Buggies, Trucks, Bash's, Racing and of course 'VINTAGE'!

Re: something a little different
something doesn't look right with the trailing arms, the angle of the dog bones looks to extreme. Are the mounts drilled correctly? It might just be the picture...

That's really neat. Good ideas with the color and decals Gotta admit something I can't put my finger on is bugging me about the rear supspension. Could be just the ride height is too tall as it sits. I don't know anything about those Andy's rear ends though.

Re: something a little different
The trailing arm kit comes with a template to drill a tub chassis to mount them. But they end up way too far forward. That's what you are seeing.Y'ernat Al wrote: Gotta admit something I can't put my finger on is bugging me about the rear supspension. Could be just the ride height is too tall as it sits. Re: something a little different
It also looks very narrow and that may be playing with your eyes a bit. If there are DS dogbones in there it is pretty narrow!
I like it. The narrow rear goes great with the narrow front. We just aren't used to seeing them that way

It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas
