You might want to share more vintage stuff. Those modern bodies would get a lot more response over on RCtech.net or something. Just sayin'.

For those of you who have decided to make a B4-B5 style semi-permanent rear wing, how did you cut the front 3/4 of the body, and how did you mount it?

Also, did you keep using the back 1/4, and how did you mount that?

I have a rear shock tower...

This is what I have currently, also a late model style sing mount. Can't remember what car it'd from, I want to say B4 though. Note the ginormous holes needed to get the body off around the wing mounts.

Just want to share and ask your suggestion as well

So I decided to remove an old paint in one body shell.

The body shell, even the wind shield was painted in black color. The previous owner tried...

If you guys have stripped a body and have the hazed windows, try spraying them with a clear coat. In most cases, that will make the windows clear again.

Got a pair of the new bodies today.

Next to Cadillac era body.

It's not as sleek as the old style.

The front window profile isn't the same.

Wing and window masks.

Not a huge fan of the new design, sorry to say. I'll cut it out and...

The one you are calling a Cadillac is actually a Viper body, completely different and two generations newer than the original Protech. The Cadillac era could have been a Protech, Protech II or Viper but the Protech II and Viper were on CE and Team...

easiest ones to get still in manufacture are the protech and viper from associated. pretty much no others available. If you go repro from team blue groove, they have a decent selection of different bodies. Mr Lexan had a much better quality part but...

The first body looks a bit toy like but the paint job in the one in the link RichieRich posted is ace.

It doesn't even look like the same body :shock: I love those Time Tunnel bodies...simple, but yet proper.

Who can ID this body? I have been looking for one of these for the longest time but I have no idea what i am looking for. I was hoping it would offered by the likes of TBG but I can't make out the dtails on his bodies cause the photographs don't...

Painted a body for my B3 runner today, the lighting doesn't do the colors justice though. Turned out better than the last one :roll: but I messed up in a few areas, let me know what you all think.
