period correct for that chassis would probably be white.. the black stuff didnt come out till the world's car technically.. and if this isnt drilled for stealth.. its probably gonna be white caps, gold shocks, short andy's arms (not long), but maybe long.. i have altheizemers so i dont know.

Re: WHAT HAVE I DONE
That chassis is designed to use the narrow front bulkhead and longer "worlds" style front arms. I have an RPM front bulkhead mounted to mine (same chassis), but it was a little tight, I trimmed the edges of the bulkhead. You could use a 10T bulkhead if needed. I have trailing arms mounted up on mine, just got some more parts this past week, I am taking my sweet time building it (okay....wife doesnt know everything on the car is NIP, gotta sneak them in when I can). My goal is to build the car with almost 100% aftermarket parts. Andy's chassis & trailing arms, RPM front worlds arms & bulkhead, RPM 2.65 tranny (it was already home-drilled for stealth), RPM battery box, bearing AE Worlds steering...so far. Plans for MIP CVD's, Yokie adaptors (or CRT .5 rears & 12mm HPI adaptors) so far.
I say get a 10T/GT black bulkhead, RPM ball cups, titanium tie rods, and keep building.

Re: WHAT HAVE I DONE
There are scratches inside the mounts??? What do you mean, where are they scratched? I assembled these units myself from a bag of loose parts. Everything was shiny new when I got them. Yes I think I put oil in them when I assembled them.
Re: WHAT HAVE I DONE

Re: WHAT HAVE I DONE
As the Lord as my witness and just to prove that I did get these shocks new and unbuilt I did snap a pic of them before I assembled them.Well I stuck one of the shafts in to see how long they were for illustrative purposes. You will notice the coil retainers still sealed in their factory bag.To the best of my knowledge (and Im sure most would agree) these were brand new items. If there are scratches then perhaps they are from the factory?

I do apologise if you thought the ebay listing wasnt what you thought but there was nothing misleading from me concerning these items.
