My original Optima was converted into a Turbo back in the 80's after my younger brother bought one. When I finish off the Turbo project I'll definitely post it up for all to see, might even put some pics of the NIB Turbo up soon.

1. I'm running a 15T pinion that looks to be the hardened steel type, but none of my allen keys fit it so it must be an imperial size, any ideas?
2. Any suggestions on where to find a replacement foam rubber seal for the motor cover? Most of mine need replacing badly.:
Don't try looking for NIP foam strips because the price you'll pay is asinine, and it might be too dried up to be useful anymore. I bought a large roll of door/window weatherstripping foam tape, it's about a half-inch wide and maybe an 1/8" thick, and simply cut thin strips with a scissors.keithrc wrote:2. I have both metric and imperial keys just because of this. A set with the four most common ones use to be kind of cheap.keithrc wrote:
