Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Growing up I ended up with alot of hand me downs, one of them being my bike. When my older brother joined the Air Force, he had to take his 10 speed with him, leaving me with no ride. I worked an entire summer to save up the money to buy a replacement. It was the first major purchase I made on my own, and provided many years of enjoyment. Unfortunately I sold it some time ago, and of course wished I hadn't. Luckily I recently stumbled upon an ad for the one shown below. I couldn't believe it - It's the exact size, model and color of the one I bought, and was a dealer demo with little or no miles on it. I received it the other day, and it's in really great shape. Brings back good memories.

Thanks! Shipping was $65, and the bike was really well packaged. Apparently an older bike store in Michigan is selling much of there collection.

Box of Kyosho stuff, including:
- one GP Spider junker, which provided my GP Spider Mk. 1.5 project with a much-needed layshaft, top deck, engine mount and some other bits (as an aside: the layshaft assembly on this car is absolutely awful - you need about 6 hands to hold the parts
).
- one Lazer Alpha rolling chassis, unfortunately the main chassis has a big gash in it, on the other hand it has intact gear boxes, HPI wheels with rally tires and came with a Futaba S9401 servo (still need to check whether it works...)
- One somewhat butchered Ultima ST Racing Sports that has been downgraded with Tamiya parts
but also includes the extremely rare Racing Sports slipper
(need to source new spur).
- Some Ultima RB Type-R bits.

Exciting stuff Greenhell - i've been tempted into trying 12th scale again, but so few places race them & even when you do find a club that races 12th pan cars the the numbers are very low
P.S; I recieved this on Friday all the way from the USA..... thanks Dan!
Been having lots of fun with it! I got some rather dissaproving looks from my Fiance' - especially when I attempted a 'Round the World' & the string slipped off my finger causing it to fly through the air & hit our glass paneled internal door!
Thankfully no damage done.

I got one of these (not my photo) for next winter's indoor flying season.
The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.
