I am sure someone claimed to have done this back in the very early days of RC10talk before you young uns got on board...anyone remember who it was or would the person care to step up?

I bet I could do it but I could not guarantee it would be done in a day or run straight when I was finished

nope, wasn't me. but i do remember the post. IIRC, he had the sub assemblies like shocks and gearbox already built and just bolted everything up.
