Australian built? Lol.klavy69 wrote:I hear that chassis turns better to the right then the left so you better send that to me![]()

That's a cool piece but I always wondered how the front end liked being run with no kick up. Weird caster. Unless of course they use caster shims.
Too bad you don't have any battery placement options

Couldn't you run the castor blocks on the reverse side and it would be back to normal?gomachv wrote:klavy69 wrote:I hear that chassis turns better to the right then the left so you better send that to me![]()

Re: I Am The Track Master!
I didn't know Trackmaster made that chassis in regular fiberglass too. Send it to gomachv so he can make us all copies on his pin router.

I'm pretty sure that's what you were supposed to do on this chassiss...like on the BBT sprinters.romulus22 wrote:...

Nice score LTO! I see BBS rims in the near future
Do you still have the black chassis or was that a HPI custom???

I have a set of white AE narrow foam wheels that fit 1/4" axles that I might use to keep the rear narrow. My initial plan was to use my See's but they would have to be reversed.
I still have the graphite Trackmaster roller if that's what you mean.
Phin, I was actually interested in having someone copy a chassis and shock tower to make reproductions. I also just got a Hyperdrive RC10 chassis if someone wants to make copies. Someone send me a PM if you're interested in making copies in either CF or FG.

Re: I Am The Track Master!
The Hyperdrive chassis would be sweet to reproduce, but would the front need to be modified to use a more available pan car front end parts...and could you mount the steering servo if you did use those parts?

Re: I Am The Track Master!
A few parts that I've been collecting for this build:

I'm not sure on the wheels yet:

I might use the Cheetah QC/DC system if it will fit...I'll use servo tape instead of drilling a mint chassis

I kept hearing "I'm the hotstepper" but clit commander is way better
That is gonna be a killer ride! And easy to find here later, just do a search for "clit"....

Re: I Am The Track Master!
Wow, so much great stuff here. When I see Jay I think "She wouldn't even give me a 'Dutch Rudder'." from Zach and Miri. And "Hotstepper" is my first request at every wedding reception. Drives my wife nuts(not in the good way). I wish she was up so I could call her over to read this.
