Thanks for the help everyone. The whole problem from day one was the dog bone slipping out, don't know how I missed it. The problem is fixed now due to all of the help I have received from the site here. I have a ball diff and a VTS Slipper clutch now, truck runs solid.

Fiveonomo, were you able to use the stock RC10T4 gear cover after upgrading to the new VTS slipper Assembly?
