Restoring Inferno 10. Need Parts

Hi. I was a huge rc enthusiast growing up. I started with rc cars and ventured onto everything from boats, planes, and even hovercrafts. Currently I mostly fly rc helicopters. While helping my father clean up in his basement, I came across some of my old rc stuff I forgot I had. I dug out my old Kyosho Inferno 10. Last I remember running it some 15 years ago I recall going off a ramp and breaking one of the shocks where it connects to the shock tower. I had the Kyosho Ultimate shocks on there and for a teenager at the time, they were too expensive to replace. I pretty much gave up on it. Now that I dug it out, I would like to get it running again and race it with my nephew. As it sits, looks like I need a set of shocks, wheels/tires,a spoiler, and a body. I found a body on Ebay. But am finding the other parts difficult to source. Most of the parts look to be discontinued. Can anyone tell me where I can source these? If not, what shocks, wheels/tires, and spoiler off a different car would fit? Thanks in advance.
