RC10GT carpet tire help

I have an electric converted rc10gt and amgoing to run it on carpet indoor oval and offroad and was trying to decide what tires i want to use i really love my proline suburbs on my losi 22b but they make a specific front and a rear for a buggy and for the 2.2" truck tire they have different compounds but they all just say rear? You see losi 22t's with the bk bars on the front and rear but losi's website also specify the bk bar as a "rear" can i run the suburbs front and rear or is there some reason they don't work well on the front? If not what would be the best choice to run on the front with a set of suburbs on the rear? And what compound you think would be best on carpet with paragon? Thanks in advance.

stadium trucks use the same tire front and rear, i never ran on carpet, so I cant help on compound. BUT...start with the same compound you use on the buggy.
