Newbies... sheesh

Post by slapshot1979 »

At a track last weekend we had a bunch of obviously newbies show up and basically take over the track and pit area.
Again and again they broke simple track rules and safety infractions. Most notibly.
-improper footwear someone was bound to fall and twist something
-long hair could be tangled in clutches and moving parts
-one of them made no adjustments other then tweek the wing mount..all day
-2 of them recieved tire burns to their leg and hand
-before we could yell "hey that head is hot" burned hand

I still cant believe NO-ONE asked them to leave talk about destaction for the rest of us. I know one thing................I cant wait till next weekend

see pics below

That's the dirtiest strip club i've ever seen, who's the nerd that brought his RC cars in there? Even the golfers leave their clubs in the car

I'd travel to Canada every week to race (I'm in the UK) if the fellow drivers were like that!

no offence to the nerds I usually race with

I agree, I hate to see beautiful skin on a pretty frame all inked up. It takes away from the natural beauty now, and decades later, they just look ridiculous.

Somehow I don't think all those girls are entirely natural anyway :)
