If you go worldwide try http://www.stellamodels.com.hk/ usually pretty good.

And will put additional 'bits' you order in the kit box to keep postage down.

Packaging is always excellent in my experience.

I just bought a scorcher re re two weeks ago from rcsuperstore on eBay for $274.95 with free shipping. Arrived within a few days and no problems.
Dont know if that's the cheapest around, but I was satisfied.

+1 for STELLA Models - they provide tremendous service and are extremely helpful.

If I am looking at getting a Tamiya - its the first place I look.

You're in Burlington, the cheapest would probably be to buy locally and save the cost of shipping.
