Re: Call Me Crazy
Honestly, I would leave it exactly as is without tires. My Raiders remark is reference to this scene.vintage AE wrote:I will wait until I get the tires on it to rethink it I guess
This is what I thought of when I first opened up this thread...don't look at it.

Well it's like I tell her all the time "I think it's time I trade you in for a newer model."Incredible_Serious wrote:Fair effort when you're digitally-challenged...THEYTOOKMYTHUMB wrote:Reminds me of every time I see my wife naked. Re: Call Me Crazy
I'm not sure if that would look as good. I think the design of the centers would be lost in the black...and besides, that would cost more to do double the anodizing, lolmurphy3428 wrote:You could always ano the centers black and the outer rings gold

Re: Call Me Crazy
If you're going to anodize anything, do the rims black and use some gold screws. I like the idea of getting them polished up too, that'll make them really glossy in contrast to the slight matte of the gold centers.

Re: Call Me Crazy
I like the idea of polishing them up before anodizing them. I'm not too keen on using the gold bolts for some reason. I thought hiding the black bolts in the black anodizing was the way to go, but maybe not.
