Big boss/brute pinion

Well, finally got the mega motor installed in the big boss. What was one big boss's gain was anothers pinion gear loss now I am short a pinion gear. Does the Big boss/ brute use pitch 48?

I still wonder if that billcflco seller had any connection with Thorp as hes been selling their parts for seemingly months now.

I have wondered that myself, but he sure deliver! I have purchasing a few Thorp parts from him

Trying to resurrect this thing and I'm missing the linkage between the servo and the steering arms.

I'm installing a more modern Futaba 3003 servo...anyone have a picture of how they've connected/installed an after-market servo in their Big Brute?

They were, that's an original losi servo saver bellcrank. They broke a lot.

Cannot find an original and wondering if there are any that are close to the orignal style by some manufacturer?

That looks great and nice info on the wheels. I just scored a decent set of original wheels and tires after a long hunt actually a complete pretty nice brute that with all my other parts it should come together nice. Of all my race cars as a kid...

Hello, I am currently debating if I should use current original mechanical style speed controller or go with an ESC? The big brute has a 360 motor. any ESC recommended highly appreciated. Also it is using a BEC receiver.

I have discovered that I almost have enough parts to complete another Big Brute that I bought a few years ago. My other Big Brute is in pretty good shape and I think I will keep it on the shelf. This fixer-upper is just sitting around, so I should...
