Tc3 shock for a rc10l ?

Post by shane »

Will the Assoc. TC3 shock work on a RC10l? They look to be the same size (shaft and shock body), but was wondering if anyone here has done this or knows if it would work, before I spend money
Sorry if this has been asked before. Thanks for any help!

They should be the same size. THere are however many shocks available that would work in that situation. -Jeff

I think that the TC shock shafts were shorter, but like Jeff said- should work fine with.the correct length ball cups on it.

you'll have to change to .35 shaft to a .56.

Yes it works, I have one. I believe the spring is just the normal 10L, but I can take another look and compare it to a silver short buggy spring. Not sure about the shaft, I assume the person kept the stock shaft.

On my other 10L I recently swapped in a .71 for the stock shock and just reused the stock shaft instead of the .71 shaft (sorry no photo of that at the moment).
