Toasted six gear, whats my options?
Toasted six gear, whats my options?
Run my car for the first time today and the tranny had a melt down. Do i fix it or replace it? Running a mild speed gems motor and a nimh batterie.

Replace them with the truer and more durable black gears. Many run this trans with brushless lipo in racing conditions (Ruffy)

ASC6614 are the gears... not much on ebay right now. Tower is not showing them either, RC Planet is out... I may have to call my LHS tomorrow.

Didnt think about checkin my lhs. gonna do that tomorow and see what they have any.also the shaft they ride on does it go with the flanged side on the same side as the nut thats on the out drive shaft? Thanks guys really appiciate the help
