Re: What did you get for Christmas?
Santa (Wife) brought me a blue tooth headset for my motorcycle helmet and a FT RC-10 B4. We always do gifts late on Christmas eve. I was adding up my gift cards and was getting ready to order a B4 on Monday. I got up this morning and was going to read up on my headset Walking into the living room for the second time, I noticed a box on the couch. It was the FT RC10B4. It had a note explaining Santa found him crying, no one wanted him because he was obsolete, but Santa knew someone who would.
So, now I have my first new RC-10 since the mid eighties. Cannot wait to start building it.

Well, there's like 2-3 different spellings because it's technically written with a different alphabet none of them are more correct. I just used whatever one makes the spell checker shut up!Hmmmmm, Hanuka must be spelled differently at your temple.

Re: What did you get for Christmas?
I have a cousin who once asked what my favorite color was. I told her it was pink, but at the time I was talking about RC cars, particularly my pink rc10T. For the past 3 years Ive gotten a pink striped shirt for xmas from her older sister. The first two times I thought maybe a fluke. But the third time I figured it out.
Re: What did you get for Christmas?
My wife won me this very nice all Andy's RC10! These pictures are from the auction she won. Except for the weird wheels the car looks perfect in person, never run! There are used wheels and tires on it though. I think the front wheels are "Killer " wheels like one of our other members has recently shown an example of. The directional pattern is backwards on one side. The rears are Falcon? with Tamiya adapters. No matter, both sets will be going and be replaced with something more appropriate.

That is a cool buggy
I guess I also got the "go ahead"/gift of getting Walker Evans rear shocks and AllPro suspension upgrade for my Tacoma. Hopefully I get them on by the end of next month

I got to spend the day with my kids, who scored a ton, some more cooking stuff (my other passion from RC) and a 10.5 motor, still in the mail system somewhere...
