Duster 2 with a dead mosfet.

What i've been able to pull off the mosfet:

ST w637

Malaysia

p60n03

I've been able to figure out that the original manufacturer was sgs-thomson however I can't seem to find any other info about it. Or what I can use for a replacement.

I've been searching google for the past 2 hours and haven't found much. Any help would be wonderful.

the one on the bottom of the list is surfacemount but the rest appear to be standard TO-220 case.they should work but if you could find the original data sheet you could match up the characteristics better. i would use the fairchild ones they were the brand mainly used by tekin.

A datasheet is something I was hoping I could get some help with. I haven't had any luck finding one. I may just go with your suggestion though.
