Re: 2012 VONATS Build Help lol :)
I are there any pros or cons to the two setups below
B4 CVD's with 10GT Hubs...
B44 CVD's with Losi, RPM or CW hubs...
Using B4 rear wheels and Klein arms with each, is there a track width difference?

no difference in track width, but i think the b4 cvd's are too long. b44 rears are the way to go imo.

don't forget modern wheels and tires, those on the red car look cool but won't do squat on a hardpack track like the vonats. you'll also need b44 rear cvd's if you intend to use klein arms in the rear.
you'll also want limiters inside the shocks otherwise they'll extend to far.

Keep in mind, that the B4 caster blocks caster number is based off a 25 deg kickup- so using 25's on a RC10 yields 30 deg caster--

Add 5 deg of actual caster to the b4 number when running on an RC10, 30 is a bit much unless you have super high traction, or really soft soil.

I went with a b4 30 degree, handles ok, but going to try a 20-25 soon.

Re: 2012 VONATS Build Help lol :)
I personally use the 20 deg b4 blocks most of the time, the more caster you add the faster the inital turn in is, but the car is very tight off of the corners. On a very high speed track ( not RCHR ) more is generally better-but there are lots of variables
