I guess that it is dissolved now, as I can not find any info on it- as I recall ( in the mid 70's) the M/K was a huge land preserve that bordered the Rockies and then east in Northern Canada at that time they were leasing very small amounts for natural gas/oil and wood I also cannot recall what M/K stood for, it was two names together representing some explorer and another-vintage AE wrote:what's MK? it probably something I know, but I'm not too swift sometimes
