I think those came out for the RC10DS. The nose plate only had 5 degrees of kick up in it.

why wouldn't they have made 5 and 10 degree blocks? the car is supposed to be fully adjustable, right?

The DS actually uses 30 deg blocks

yes, which technically speaking, really gives you 8 degrees.

the differing caster is for adjustability. less=more twitchy but better turn in, more=more stable, less turn in.

My friend runs 15 degree blocks on his DS. He just swapped them so R is now L and vice versa.

A 15 is a -15 based on a 30 k/u, so a backwards 15 is a +15 on an 8 deg k/u is 23 deg caster.
