just got this body finished up. this will go on my raborn and sit on a shelf.

I did have a bit of reluctantcy (if that is a word) in letting that go, but I knew you would appreciate it more that I and you would do it justice. I like it.

You have to appreciate the types of paint jobs that Doug turns out, but what I really like about yours is the black front...... that is something you would really see on the track from your 1:1 low budget racer. I (personally) think it really makes it! I go for realism more so than anything else, but still can also appreciate a graphical appealing paint job.

Excellent! I love wedge bodies 8) Nice work, tulsa.

I have to add to MrLexan's comment that I think a car number would have upped the realism factor of the black nose.

I suck at painting, so I'd have some numbers that looked like a 1st grader drew them... :lol:

the car looks great tulsa. :)

i love those old aj's with the goodyear logo's. i used to run those on the front of my team car, with trc green/yellow foams on the back. and a little gojo, too. :wink:

No reluctancy at all, Jay... Gary pulled one for me recently, and an original Mustang Wedge, as well. Brand spankin' new, and with his current body pricing, too. ;) That Corvette Wedge is one of my all-time favs.

I have one ready to go on a project as soon as the mess here starts to settle down a bit.
