Re: pink for a old-new buggy
got a problem here. all the spacers in the kit are for 11mm wheels. the pink wheels need 10mm bearings

didn't want to cut this nice body. so I tried a different shock tower design.

That's cool man. Having to cut the body is probably the MOST undesirable aspect of the RPM 91 conversion. Always been mine anyway.

Re: pink for a old-new buggy.. got a new shock tower
my rc buddy showed me a shocks tower for this T2 buggy project weeks ago. it looked not bad even it didn't have any proper mounting holes. I drilled 2 for my old-new buggy and it ran great with new tower at the track
make more? maybe
I started my own design after I came back from the track. then he slightly changed my design and added the tiny triangle holes for cosmetic purpose. actually my design was still funny without the triangles. the result was better than expected as you can see in the pictures. make more? maybe

Man, I love these wheels.
The more modern rubber options for these classic rides, the better.

Re: pink for a old-new buggy.. got a new shock tower
sent my original to a custom parts shop and got the result today. nose brace holes were to small and need to be trimmed before installed. they seem to have metric drill bits only. even shock mount holes are 3mm. everything else is pretty much close to my original. I love this shock tower
