That's a Trinity Binary 2 from 2002 ish that has been "tweaked"

birdman motors were very popular at m n m raceway in socal in the mid to late 90's. i used to run them and i still have a few.

Cool, I was thinking it was probably you typical Epic motors with its tuned up options. Looks kin of cool but I am not loving the name...
