Does the front kick up plate for the t2 fit the 10t? It looks the same but the pic on ae's website doesn't show the holes for the front bulk head. Are you suppose to drill those yourself?
Does someone know where I could source a (woven) graphite plate with a built-in 30° kick-up? I want to have a custom chassis made but need to find a plate with kick-up first... I will be eternally grateful to the one who can bring it to me :)

Nope, but would really like to! Big lack of spare time here
Question i have a Worlds, team and CE rc10 after rebuilding the Rc10ce last week i lined up the three buggies then noticed the front shock towers were at different angles the worlds lent most far back the ce most up right. Are the nose plates...

Thanks jwscab, after reading what you said i measured the kick up and found the problem after a few measurements, i put some new black nose brace tubes on the CE and they are a few mm longer from side drilled holes to the front mount holes a file...

couldnt you just adjust ride height to compensate for the ride height change?
also if any one has done this what pros and cons did you see? i would think it would make the car a tad more stable in the rough and better approach angle on jumps.
I am planning on making my own carbon chassis for my rc10. I see a lot of racers favor the 25 degree castor blocks. Which seem nonexistent compared to the 30's. So my question is has anyone tried to change the kick up to 25 degrees? Pro and cons?...

Kickup is not that big a change, Schumacher used to use adjustable kickup on their buggies as a standard tuning option, the Cougar between 15 and 25 degrees, while the CAT 2000 could go from 7.5 to 20 degrees. The Ultima RB5 also has adjustable...

Over the past few weeks, I finally got the itch to do something with the vintage brushed motors that were lying around in my parts boxes in various conditions. A few were complete, but others were missing the correct endbells, NIP parts which I'd...

They look great. I'm a bit of a brushed motor junkie myself, I have some I'd like to get on the lathe and get really humming again. Good stuff!
Can anyone tell me what the kick-up angel on the Ultima chassis?
I bought my T Ultima used and it looks like the owner never put the big screws that attach the top plate with the front bulkhead so the front was a bit bent. I can bend it so the top...

yup, 20 degrees is correct. The ultima guys use to put the thick associated washers between the chassis and the front of the bulkhead to get the 30 degrees. They also used the longer 8-32 counter sunk screws with a nut on the top of the bulkhead to...
I have an old Traxxas TRX-10 Bullet that is in pretty sad shape. I would like to get it to drivable condition and need to replace many of the parts. One part which is very difficult to locate is the front bulkhead or arm mount. I believe this is...

Chewbacca - Thanks for the picture. This does make it clear that it would be as simple as cutting flush with the shock tower mounting surface. And, good to hear that the upper shock tower mounting points are the same. This may give me a relatively...
