Not sure about the paint yet. It will stay clear for now. I keep al my cars in the shelf with clear bodies until is time to run them.

OK OK at leat you have a good "reason". Ofter times I really like clear bodies to show off what you have done with the build but I'm a painter so it really is hard to leave a body clear.

Yes, that is my only “reason” I am not a Losi person but like some Losi stuff that where use in the past on RC10 cars during racing. This wing buttons are cool for the shelf on this car but I don’t like them for racing. :D

This project started 4 years ago when I started making custom towers. The towers in the rear for this car are lowered so I can use RC10T 1.02 front shock on the rear. The other part was to build an all black part RC10 graphite chassis (this is my first graphite chassis) with white Andy’s arms. I also have some custom blue aluminum parts in the rear and some other aftermarket stuff.

My plan is to have a roller by the end of the weekend.

---------------------------------------------------

First thing was to mod the extra wide front part of this chassis, Duratrax and Composit Craft (I believe this one id a Duratrax) made a chassis like this and it was always to wide so the arms would hit the chassis and the body would not fit.

I also built a 6 gear tranny for this car. This is my original tranny from my first RC10.

Mig, did you have a header card with this chassis? Is it the same as the ADC chassis I have?

It may be, I got it out of bag, no label or anything but it is a very good looking and looks like very good quality chassis, but it was a bit wide up front.

Yea the car came together really good and the new white kydex parts finished it out well. Not sure when I will take it to the track because I have some other cars I am running on top of my list. The body will probable stay clear until is time to run.

Thanks for the comments.

Well I wish I was racing but I'm not. But I do frequent Mikes Hobby Shop in Lewisville.
What about you? You in the area?

Hope to start racing some time.
