i think due to my low post # and relatively new member status i cant view this thread or send PM , i can receive PM but cant reply.

Yes, you need 25 posts I guess. You should still put in a reply in the topic I linked, as long as you have a valid Paypal account, I wouldn't foresee a problem...I'm not an admin though.

He will not be able to post without 25 posts and a ebay account, the admins have to add you manually, you can post for him Coelacanth
