Anyone here machined out a custom set of wheels?

I:ve been thinking about trying this for awhile now, and just curious if anonye here has tried it and how did they come out?
2x rc10 A stamped, rc10t, rc18t, 3x rc10gt tamiya stuff - fox, lunchbox re-release, Custom chevy clod crawler, cc-01 pajero, 2x cc-01, kt full option, and 3 HL tanks. Looking for a rc250 and rc500

if you have the aluminum and the correct tools(accurate lathe), it shouldn't take anything but time and patience.

I have access to some nice machines right now. I just need t0o find stockl and figure out what to make wheels for. I like the old school wheels but they arent readily available.
