ok guys over the weekend i tore her down.i scrubbed all parts with soap and water then soaked in peroxide.just got her back together tonite.

HI!... How long did you have the white parts in the H/P? Usually they have to be in the solution for at LEAST 3 days with a UV light on them to do any change.

HI!... Ya half a day of sunlight is no where near enough. Most of my batches sit in the H/P solution for about a week with a 26 watt UV light on them 24/7. They come out bright white usually. Take a look back a few posts. You can see my graphite car and how white the parts came out.

actually before you posted i looked at yours and wondered why mine were not that white.

anyway this will probably be for sale.gonna get something that i can use and not worry about parts and originality.

In regards to the gear cover, what else will fit?

I picked up the dust cover for the B2 from tower cause i was already ordering a bunch of other stuff, will that one work?

I'm only going through a car to get it running for my brother in law to drive around with his son (it's his old car from when he was a kid) I've advised against him using it but he's dead set on running it again.

im not sure.i think RPM made one back in the day.some of the newer ones may work.
