Need help with a lipo

I have a AE 5000 20C Lipo and I have a Hyperion EOSO606i charger.
I have a lipo that when I ballance it one cell at 2.91 and the other at 3.71. and it will not move off this #.

so is it junk of should i try to charge it?

Don't really want a lipo fire. and wess up my charger.

You have a dead cell I believe I have heard of major imbalances within a 2s, but not really seen it personally- is the pack "squishy" ?

Yea I think its dead. Damn thing only like 5 charge old. OH well.
