subaru brat problems (re-release)

Hey guys,
I just finished building a re-re brat. Got all the electronics in it, but when I give it throttle only 1 wheel spins and it doesnt move. I took apart the gear box and everything looks fine. I can't figure out what it is. The wheels turn but it doesnt move. Any suggestions?

nevermind i forgot to put in the hex pins like a dummy

ok, please explain that to me cause I have the same problems, did the same thing (took apart the diff and all seems ok) so now I'm feeling like the dummy........ Could you tell me which picture in the manual the forgotten parts correspond to?

I think he was referring to the drive pins. I've circled them in red for you:

Thanks lowgear for the detailed answer! I checked the pins and they are there. So the problem has to be another. I noticed that the diff is kinda stiff though. Driving me nuts......
